Then there was Turn the River, starring Famke Jenssen. in 2008 Ari was in Nick as well as Norah's Infinite Playlist with Michael Cera. She also played alongside Kat Dennings in that show. In 2009 she landed her recurring role on Fringe with Joshua Jackson. Following that, she appeared in Drew Barrymore's Whip It! and again was a part of the cast with Michael Cera in Youth in Revolt.
